Show up in your most festive stretchy clothes (got a holiday onesie, yes please!) for this holiday inspired night of relaxation and rest. In this experience we will begin with slow flow vinyasa yoga, a practice with lots of deep stretching, flowing, and meditation designed to relax and inspire your journey inwards before the chaos of the holidays. It's a beautiful practice done almost exclusively laying down. Do you need to be flexible? Nope. Good at yoga? Not at all (what does that even mean?!). All you need to be good at is laying down n the floor. Got that covered? Perfect.
After yoga we will mix, mingle, and sip and bite warm, wintery things that will fill our nights with visions of sugar plum fairies and snowy night cuddles by warm fires. Apple cider mimosas, mulled wine, fresh baked goods, snacks, joy. Come wine down with us, can't wait to see you there.
